Annapurna Region :: Poonhill Trek
For the both teahouse and camping Poon Hill Trek is one of the famous trekking routes in Nepal that offers a wonderful oppurtunity to observe the beauty of Annapurna region as a shorter trek. Ghorepani Poon Hill, the place of wealthy hidden treasure of Nepalese different culture and tradition. During the trek to Ghorepani Poon Hill the trail passess through world’s famous warriors place “the Gorkha” and can be interact with the warriors like Gurung, Magar & other some cast’s as well as their charming village surrounded by dense rhododendron, oak forest full of birds, green hills and patchwork valleys. At an every angle is tantalizing glimpse of Mt. Fishtail (6,993m) Annapurna (8,091m) and Dhaulagiri (8,167) range on the initial part of the tour is breath taking. One can observe the entire mountain ranges covering red and pink rays of the sun is full bloom at the sunset at an excursion to Poon Hill Trek.
- Day 1- Pickup form Airport, drop to hotel.
- Day 2- Kathmandu to Pokhara by bus (7hrs).
- Day 3- Pokhara drive to Phedi. Start trek from Phedi to Potana (1900m).
- Day 4- Potana, over small pass to Deurali. Onward to Landruk (1565m).
- Day 5- Landruk to Ghandruk (1940m).
- Day 6- Ghandruk to Ghorapani (2874m).
- Day 7- Rest day in Ghorapani. Short walk to view sunrise from Poon Hill (3210m).
- Day 8- Ghorapani down to Tatopani (1190m).
- Day 9- Tatopani to Galeswor (1187m).
- Day 10- Galeswor to Beni. Finish trek. Drive back to Pokhara.
- Day 11- Boat rowing on Lake Fewa. Sightseeing in Pokhara
- Day 12- Pokhara back to Kathmandu.
- Day 13- Cultural Sightseeing in Kathmandu.
- Day 14- Airport drop-off (if required
