Drive In- Drove Out
Itinerary:
- Day 01: Kathmandu-Zhangmu (2500m) 123-km drive to Zhangmu and stay at hotel.
- Day 02: Morning 180 km drive to the highest plateau of the world with typical view of the Tibetan landscape offering sheer feeling of standing on the roof of the World crossing over Nyalam pass (3,800m) and Lalungla pass (5,050m) with breathtaking view of Mt. XISHAPAGMA (8,212) & Mt. DORJI LAKPA (6980m), In the west and in the east Mt. MAKALU (8201m), and Mt. GURUSHANGAR (7134m), etc. and more peaks above 8000 meters high can be seen. Form the pass driving another 2 hour will be approaching to Xegar. O/n in Tingri
- Day 03: From Tingri, we begin five-day trek to Everest region. On the first night you will camp near the village of Lungjung (14,600feet), O/n camping.
- Day 04: Leave Lungjung, trek as far as the base of Lamana La pass (15,715), where You will camp for overnight.
- Day 05: Trek to Lamana La pass in the morning, we will pass on to Zomphu village (15,485), our campsite for the night.
- Day 06: Trek form Zomphu village to the Rongbhuk monastery (16,142feet), where you will camp for the night. The famous Rongbuk monastery will provide a welcome diversion.
- Day 07: Stay full day at Rongbuk monastery. O/n camping.

Day 08: Rongbuk drive 380 km to Zhangmu. O/n in hotel
- Day 09: Zhangmu - Kathmandu: depart to Nepal side and drive to Kathmandu.
